About the Pioneer

Engr. Austin Ovie Joseph FNSE, ACC, PCC : Leading Engineer, Philanthropist, and Community Champion

 

Engr. Austin Ovie Joseph is a distinguished engineer and businessman with over twenty years of experience in the oil and gas industry. A graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University with further executive education from Harvard Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School, he has led JC International to prominence in Equipment Inspections, Assets Integrity Assurance, and Oil and Gas Trainings even extending from West Africa to East Africa, owning businesses in Uganda and Tanzania. Under his leadership, the company has expanded to include Oilfield Solutions Ltd, Xtreme Returns Farm, Growth Academy among many others

Committed to giving back, Austin founded the Graced to Bless Humanity foundation, which provides scholarships, community development, skill acquisition, and support for the elderly. The foundation assists the less privileged, including widows and indigent families, ensuring access to education and empowerment.

Engr. Austin Joseph is a registered Engineer with COREN, a Fellow of The Nigerian Society of Engineers, and a member of several international professional bodies. His mantra, “It’s Possible, I can, there’s Always a Way, Either the Best or Nothing,” drives his dedication to excellence and community service.
