As part of our ongoing commitment to community development and environmental responsibility, the Graced to Bless Humanity (GBH) Foundation organized a street-cleaning and road-repair project. This initiative aimed not only to improve the appearance of our neighborhood but also to address a significant issue that had affected the daily lives of residents for years.
Our team of volunteers, proudly wearing GBH-branded shirts, gathered early on a bright morning with tools in hand, ready to transform the street. The project involved various tasks, including clearing overgrown grasses, removing debris, and repairing damaged sections of the road that had become a problem for both pedestrians and motorists, especially during rainy seasons when the area would be waterlogged.
One of the major highlights of the initiative was painting the speed bumps, enhancing visibility and safety for drivers and pedestrians alike. This small but crucial improvement will make a noticeable difference in controlling speed and preventing accidents in the area.
