Engr. Austin Joseph, popularly known as “Zaro” among his peers, stands as a living testimony to the power of resilience and faith. His story isn’t one of inherited wealth or external support; rather, he rose from the most challenging circumstances.
What carried him through was an unwavering Commitment, Dedication, and a Profound faith in God. His journey transformed when he chose to attend WOFBI (Word of Faith Bible Institute). After giving his life to Christ, he resolved to build his business “the Christian way,” striving for excellence in every venture. Today, he is recognized as a leader in Inspections, Training, Asset Integrity Maintenance, and Pipeline & Process Services across Africa and beyond.
Known for his generosity, Engr. Austin channels his success into giving back. Through Scholarships, Skill Acquisition programs, Entrepreneurship Empowerment, Community Development, and Elderly Living. He has impacted countless lives, encouraging each person he helps to reach the top. This passion for helping others isn’t just an act of kindness but is integral to his companies’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Despite numerous awards, recognitions, and titles, Engr. Austin remains humble, grounded in the journey that shaped him. His beginnings are a source of inspiration to many.
